Our process of the lintel repair/replacement is first step investigate which ones need to be fixed. Remove the brick that are sagging, or anything else that jeopardizes the buildings safety. Then we will prep the area, replace the lintel, and either place the same brick that was there before (after they are cleaned) or replace with all new brick (color matching). Once everything is put back into place and looks good we clean the masonry with a mild detergent to give the building a “brand new” look.
